Self Myofascial release (smr) is not a new idea and over the years many of my clients have benefited from doing it. In simple terms it is a form of self massage involving stretching and manipulation of the tough connective tissues that surround the body. There are many tools that can be used but i believe that the best is a FOAM ROLLER. the exercises i give are effective on specific areas. As there are so many exercises that can be performed i produce individualised booklets for each client. If you think this would help please call Sweat and Smile Personal Training on 07914817073. The cost of a Foam Roller + booklet + session is £35 but for Buxton AC members i can do it for £25. Much cheaper than a massage as you can do it as many times as you want per week.

SMR Helps
Flexibility
Reduces chronic pain
Ideal for all ages
I have spoken the Sheila and she has brought 1 from me, but she did suggest that one evening after the ususal wednesday club run i give a demo, i am happy to do so, so please via this forum let me know if you are interested.
